The Power of QR Codes

QR code on top of it. The parents could scan the QR Code with our smart phones and it would bring up a description of the building and what it was designed to do.

It’s nice to see schools taking advantage of modern technology to help with kids’ education. QR codes are an easy way to get information to people since they carry more information than a simple bar code, and scanner apps are freely available for smart phones. If you have a business that has QR codes on your products, this is an easy way to get information to customers.

QR codes can be set up to send people to warranty sites,  so they can register their new product and give you valuable information about it at the same time. This same code will be able to tell you what product the customer bought. With this information. you could direct them to products that go with their purchase or FAQ/manual sites for their purchase. You could also direct them to a place where they can leave feedback or reviews about their purchase and your service.

All of these possibilities improve the connection between you and your customer and increase the chance that they will become a return customer or spread favorable reviews of you to their social network. With a little work on the back end and a little push from sales people a simple, an easy-to-use QR code can become a great way to improve the customer experience and increase your opportunity for return business.
